Equipment that survives students
Teaching equipment fails from handling more than from use. Choose balances with a protected pan and a draft shield, microscopes with a sturdy stand, and keep a set of test weights so a teacher can check every balance before a practical exam. Spare glassware and a service contract cost less than a practical that can’t run.
