HSCo builds the connection around your scale and receiving system, using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RS485 or a custom cellular link. Blue Whale Technology is HSCo’s software and IoT arm; its apps run at more than 340 customers.
The weight, with the date, time, product, batch, operator and vehicle, or any field your process needs; HSCo’s data logging is written to your form. The record can go to an app, a dashboard, Tally or SAP, a label printer, or all of them from one weighment. Reports come out as PDF, Excel or CSV. You choose whether capture happens when the weight settles or on a key press.
Bluetooth for a phone app beside the scale, Wi-Fi for the plant network, and RS485 for PLC and SCADA systems. A custom GSM/4G connection can use mobile coverage where Wi-Fi is unavailable.
