The HSCo HSC-H-PH portable homogenizer (model HSC-H-HH10B) is a light hand-held homogenizer for small samples, 0.2 to 150 ml, in the lab, in the field or for quality testing. It spins from 5,000 to 30,000 rpm with stepless control over 6 gears, for emulsifying, dispersing, mixing and cell disruption. Parts that touch the sample are SUS316L stainless steel with PTFE bearings, several working heads are available, and it runs from a 12 V DC adapter. It weighs 2.1 kg and comes in an aluminium carrying case.
