The HSC-ER ELISA reader is a microplate reader for 96-well plates. It measures absorbance for ELISA assays, antibody and antigen detection and enzyme-activity tests. An 8-position filter wheel, with 405, 450, 492 and 630 nm filters as standard, covers 400 – 750 nm. It reads from 0 to 4.000 Abs and scans a full plate in under 5 seconds. It runs end-point, kinetic and multi-standard-curve methods, can shake the plate before reading, stores up to 10,000 results and prints them. It is made for clinical laboratories, hospitals, biotech companies and research labs.
