The HSCo HSC-I-PI portable incubator keeps cultures and samples at a steady temperature, from 5 °C above room temperature to 65 °C, in a box small enough to carry into the field. It has a mirror-finished stainless-steel chamber, polyurethane insulation, an intelligent PID controller with a PT100 sensor, a timer up to 9,999 minutes and an over-temperature alarm. Two sizes hold 9.2 or 12.8 litres, and it can be ordered to run from a vehicle (12 V DC) as well as the mains.
