The HSCo shear beam load cell is a low-profile load cell for platform scales above 1,200 × 1,200 mm, hoppers, tanks, baggage scales and industrial automation. It is made of tool-steel alloy with electroless nickel plating against corrosion and jerk loads, and it is hermetically sealed to IP67. IP68 with laser welding and a stainless-steel version are also available. It comes in nine capacities from 300 kg to 10,000 kg, with a 2.0 mV/V output, non-linearity under ±0.025% and temperature compensation from 0 to +60 °C.
