The HSC LCQ-9 is a rocker-column compression load cell for weighbridges (truck scales) and railway scales. It is made of nickel-plated alloy steel, sealed by gluing or welding, and rated IP67 or IP68, so it resists water and corrosion outdoors. It comes in 10, 20 and 30 tonne capacities, with a 2.0 mV/V output and ±0.02% FS total error. It is built to OIML R60.
