The HSC spectrofluorometer is a benchtop fluorescence spectrophotometer for detecting fluorescent compounds down to trace levels. It scans excitation and emission from 200 to 900 nm with ±1 nm accuracy, uses a xenon or LED source with a photomultiplier or photodiode detector, and is run from Windows software over USB or RS232. It is used in biochemistry, molecular biology, pharma, environmental and food labs.
