The HSCo HSC-SDBTS shaking dry bath heats and shakes tubes at the same time, for enzyme reactions, incubation and nucleic acid denaturation in research, biotechnology and pharmaceutical labs. It is run from a 4.3-inch capacitive touch screen: set the temperature, shaking speed (200 to 1,800 rpm) and time, or program up to 5 steps. The block holds its temperature within ±0.5 °C and is even to ±0.3 °C, and it heats from 20 to 100 °C in 15 minutes or less. The heating model works from 5 °C above room temperature to 100 °C; the heating-and-cooling model from 0 to 100 °C.
