The HSCo HPLC system (high-performance liquid chromatography) separates, identifies and measures the compounds in a liquid sample. A high-pressure dual-piston pump delivers 0.001 to 10 mL/min at up to 6,000 psi, with up to 4-channel gradient mixing and a built-in vacuum degasser. Samples go in by manual injector or autosampler, a column oven holds the column from ambient + 5 °C to 80 °C, and the detector can be UV-Vis, photodiode array, refractive index, fluorescence or conductivity. Windows software records the chromatogram live and does integration, calibration curves and reports.
