The HSCo HSC-TOCA TOC analyzer measures total organic carbon in water and aqueous samples, for pharmaceutical, environmental, wastewater and industrial labs. It oxidises the sample by high-temperature catalytic combustion (680 – 1,000 °C) or UV-persulfate and measures the carbon dioxide with a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) detector, giving total carbon, inorganic carbon and TOC. It reads up to 20,000 mg/L, down to 5 µg/L on high-sensitivity models, with ±2% accuracy, automatic KHP calibration and self-diagnosis. Results show on a digital or touchscreen display and go to USB, RS-232 / RS-485 or a LIMS.
