The HSC MSD tank weighing assembly (5 t to 25 t) turns a medium tank, hopper or vessel into a scale. Each module holds a shear-beam load cell bolted to the base plate, with a top block on the beam end held in a guide frame with a pin, and mounts directly to the tank; a support bolt stops the tank overturning. It is made of nickel-plated alloy steel or stainless steel and connects through a junction box to a weighing indicator.
