The HSCo HSC-C-RT22FLR is a floor-standing, refrigerated ultra high-speed centrifuge: up to 22,000 rpm (52,000 × g) and up to 6 × 600 ml, with the chamber held anywhere from −20 to +40 °C within ±1 °C by a French Tecumseh compressor with R404a refrigerant. The speed holds within ±10 rpm and the timer runs from 1 second to 99 h 59 min 59 s. It runs at under 65 dB(A), and rotors range from 36 micro tubes to 6 × 600 ml bottles, with two continuous-flow rotors for 1,000 or 3,000 ml.
