The HSCo hot air oven, lab type, high precision model, is for labs that need precise, steady dry heat for drying, sterilising, material testing and research. It heats from 50 to 250 °C, held within ±1 °C by a microprocessor auto-tune PID controller with a PT-100 sensor and a dual PV / SV display. Nichrome heaters at the bottom spread the heat evenly, and top vents let hot fumes out. The double-walled body has a mild-steel or SS 304 inner chamber, a powder-coated GI outer body and glass-wool insulation, with a fully insulated door on stainless-steel lock and hinges. Six chamber sizes are made, with galvanised wire-mesh shelves.
