The HSCo HSCSOTWS static outdoor tank weighing system puts an outdoor tank or silo on load cells, so an indicator shows at any moment how much it holds, in kg for powders or litres for liquids. You can see when to reorder, stop overfilling and control mixing in a continuous process. The system uses self-balancing, water- and vibration-resistant load cells that can be replaced without emptying the tank, sends alerts when the level goes outside your limits, and can be linked to your ERP. It is installed by HSCo’s own technicians.

How does it work?
The tank stands on load cells. As it fills or empties, the indicator shows the contents in kg or litres.
Do I have to empty the tank to replace a load cell?
No. The load cells are self-balancing: a new HSCo cell is connected in the junction box without emptying the tank or recalibrating.
Will hot liquid affect the reading?
No. The system is built to take hot tank contents for long periods without affecting the reading.
Why must HSCo install it?
Dead load, sealing, rust and binding all have to be handled correctly; a badly set-up system reads wrong and can be unsafe. Our technicians install it.
