The HSCo CRHHD series is a heavy-duty shackle-and-hook dynamometer for measuring tension and lifting loads from 3 to 20 tonnes, in crane work, construction, shipping, offshore and mining. A shackle and hook carry the load, with a compact aluminium housing on the side. It reads in kg, lb, N or kN, holds the peak, warns of overload, and is worked from a wireless remote so the operator stays clear of the load. A rechargeable battery gives up to 40 hours, and the housing is sealed against dust and water.
