The HSC LCD-5 is a plate-ring load cell: a flat alloy-steel plate with a round hole at one end and a slot at the other, in 7.5 and 10 tonne capacities. It is used in crane scales and for safety-load monitoring. It is well sealed (IP67 or IP68), gives 2.0 mV/V with ±0.10% FS total error, and comes with a 6.5 m cable.
