Where a warehouse weighs, and with what
- Inbound – pallet scales and platform scales check what the supplier sent before it’s put away.

Inbound dock to packing station, one supplier
Warehouses grow fast, and scales get added one at a time from whoever was closest. Then the inbound scale, the packing scale and the courier’s scale all disagree. HSCo can supply every scale in the building and keep them agreeing.

Weighing scales for e-commerce and quick-commerce fulfilment
E-commerce lives on small margins and fast orders, and weight touches both. The weight you declare to the courier decides the shipping charge, and a mismatch shows up as a weight dispute weeks later. The weight of a packed order is also the quickest check that nothing is missing from the box. For dark stores and fulfilment centres we recommend a bench scale with a printer at each packing station, a checkweigher where orders travel on a conveyor, counting scales for inventory, and a pallet scale at the inbound dock. Ending weight disputes with couriers and marketplaces
Most weight disputes come down to three things: a scale that hasn’t been checked, a weight typed in by hand, and a box weighed before the last item went in. A stamped scale checked each morning with a test weight fixes the first. A scale connected to your software fixes the second. Weighing the sealed box at the packing station, and printing the label from that weight, fixes the third.
