The HSC-FSBM filling scale (bagging machine) weighs and fills bags of 10 to 50 kg automatically or semi-automatically. It suits food processing, chemicals, fertilisers and other bulk products. The product flows from a hopper of 100 – 500 litres into the bag, which is held in position while high-precision load cells check the weight. A PLC or digital controller with a display sets the target weight and filling speed, and accuracy is ±0.1% to ±0.5% depending on the product. It is built in SS 304 or powder-coated mild steel. A bag sealing or stitching unit, a conveyor and dust extraction can be added.
