The HSC-C-RK25TT (model RK25TT) is a refrigerated high-speed centrifuge that spins up to 25,000 rpm, over 50,000 × g, and takes up to 6 × 100 ml, while a French Tecumseh compressor with non-CFC R404a refrigerant holds samples between −20 °C and +40 °C within ±1 °C. It suits clinical diagnostics, biotechnology and molecular biology: separating proteins, purifying samples and spinning down micro tubes. An LCD touch screen, a variable-frequency motor, automatic rotor recognition (option), 9 acceleration and 10 braking levels, and alarms for over-speed, over-temperature and imbalance make it easy and safe to run. Nine rotors cover micro tubes to 100 ml bottles.
