The HSCo HSC-MPA is a digital melting point apparatus for pharmaceutical QC, chemical testing, research and teaching labs. Up to 3 – 4 capillary tubes heat together at a programmed rate, and a high-sensitivity optical sensor detects the melting point automatically, while the large touch screen shows a live view, the temperature graph and the reading. It works from ambient to 350 °C with 0.1 °C resolution and ±0.5 °C accuracy.
