The HSC LCX-1 is a steel cantilever (single shear) beam load cell: one end is bolted down and the other takes the load. It comes in capacities from 50 kg to 3 tonnes, sealed to IP66 / IP68, and is used to build low-profile floor and truck scales, monorail and hopper scales. Its sealed construction, easy mounting and good interchangeability make it a common choice for scale builders.
