The HSCo RC004T is a non-contact infrared thermometer for pets and animals. Hold it 3–5 cm away and press scan: it reads body temperature from 32 to 42.9 °C in 0.1 °C steps, accurate to ±0.2 °C in the normal range, with no stress for the animal. It also reads surface and room temperature, stores 32 readings and runs on two AAA batteries.
