An HSCo multi-head weigher weighs out fixed portions of loose products at high speed and drops each portion into the packing machine below it. Several weigh heads each hold a little product; the controller picks the combination of heads closest to the target weight, giving fast, accurate packs with little give-away. It is built to order: the number of heads, the bucket size and the contact material are chosen to suit your product, and it works with VFFS, doypack, tray and pouch packing machines.
