The HSC belt weighing system weighs material continuously as it travels on a conveyor, so plants know their flow rate and totals without stopping production. Precision idler rollers on sealed shear-beam load cells bolt into an existing conveyor, for belts from 400 to 1,800 mm wide, and a digital indicator shows the rate in tonnes per hour and the running total, with 4–20 mA, Modbus RS-485 and pulse outputs for PLC and SCADA.
