The HSCo HSCSITWS is a static indoor tank weighing system: the tank stands on sealed load cells, and an indicator shows how much it holds at any moment, in litres for liquids or kilograms for powders. It is meant for smaller tanks, under about 1,000 kg, where material is added and drawn off continuously and you need to know the stock without dipping or guessing. HSCo technicians install and set it up on site.
Who needs a tank weighing system
- Material goes in and out of your tank all day, and you never know exactly how much is inside.
- The tank runs out of raw material too often.
- The tank overflows because too much is ordered.
- You run a continuous process: raw material in, finished product out.
What sets the HSCSITWS apart
- Replace a load cell without emptying the tank. Self-balancing load cells mean a failed cell is swapped for another HSCo cell and connected in the junction box, with no draining and no recalibration.
- Made for tank duty. Hermetically sealed, heat-resistant load cells that carry the tank’s constant dead load.
- Hot contents are fine. Readings stay steady even with hot liquids in the tank for long periods.
- Alerts and ERP link. Bluetooth-enabled for alerts when the level goes past the limits you set, and it can be connected to your ERP to control production flow from a computer.
- Protected build. Water- and vibration-resistant components and an anti-corrosion coating on the structure.

Why installation matters
Tank weighing looks simple, but it has traps: the load cells always carry the tank’s dead weight, pipes and fixings can “bind” the tank and falsify readings, parts rust, and a badly configured mounting can let a full tank fall. That is why every HSCSITWS is fitted by an experienced HSCo technician. See all our tank weighing assemblies and load cell junction boxes.
Questions buyers ask
How does tank weighing work?
The tank stands on load cells; as it fills or empties, the indicator shows the contents in litres or kilograms.
Do I have to empty the tank to replace a load cell?
No. The self-balancing load cells can be swapped without draining or recalibrating.
Can it handle hot liquids?
Yes. Readings stay steady with hot contents over long periods.
Can it connect to our ERP?
Yes, it can be interfaced with your ERP system.
Which tank sizes suit this system?
It is designed for smaller tanks, under about 1,000 kg. Ask us about larger tanks.
