Weighing door-to-door collection properly
Door-to-door collection is where weight records are weakest: a supervisor writes a number in a register at the end of the day. A Bluetooth hanging scale paired with a phone app changes that. The worker hangs the bag, the weight goes to the app with the time and the location, and the register fills itself. Contractors get paid on real figures, and the municipality can see which wards are segregating properly.
