The BWS bed weighing scale weighs a patient in their bed. Four low-profile weighing pads go under the bed’s legs or wheels, and the indicator shows the combined weight, so ICU, critical-care and immobile patients are weighed without being lifted, shifted or disturbed. Capacity is 2,000 kg, read in 100 g steps.
Why hospitals choose it
- No lifting the patient. Wheel the bed onto the four pads, zero off the bed’s own weight, and read the patient’s weight.
- Ramps for easy roll-on. Each pad has a ramp, so a loaded bed or trolley rolls on without a jolt.
- Stable and safe. Heavy-duty metal pads with a textured anti-slip surface keep the bed from sliding while it is weighed.
- Displays on both sides. A dual-side LED display lets the nurse and the attendant read the weight from either side of the bed.
- For beds, stretchers and trolleys. Works with ICU beds, hospital beds, stretchers and patient trolleys; 2-wheel and 4-wheel pad versions are available.
