The HSCo HSC-MDB mini dry bath is a small block heater for micro tubes, PCR tubes and biochemical samples in molecular biology, clinical and research labs. Its aluminium block takes 15 × 2 ml tubes as standard, with interchangeable blocks for other tubes. It heats from 5 °C above room temperature to 100 °C in 15 minutes or less, holds within ±0.3 °C, and shows the temperature on a digital display. It stores 5 programs, protects against over-temperature, and runs from mains through its adaptor or from a 12 V car supply. Two models: the MDB-10 cools naturally, the MDB-10F cools rapidly.
