A relay output scale is an HSCo weighing scale with relay outputs built in at the factory, so it can switch other equipment on or off at a set weight. It can stop a filling pump at the target weight, start a sealing machine, open a valve or sound an alarm, cutting manual work and giving the same result every time. We build it on a table-top scale or an MS or SS platform scale.
What it can control
- Filling and dispensing: cut off filling automatically when the target weight is reached.
- Packaging lines: trigger sealing or labelling machines at a weight threshold.
- Check weighing: sound a buzzer or work a reject mechanism for wrong weights.
- Batch mixing: control material addition or discharge during batching.
