The HSCo PC checkweigher series weighs every product on the production line as it passes, without stopping it, and checks it against the set weight. Short-weight packs are caught before they leave the factory, and over-filling (product giveaway) shows up at once. The series is PC-controlled, with real-time data management, and connects to the rest of the line. Three groups of models cover products from under 50 g up to 50 kg: the HSC-PC150 high-speed model for small items, the HSC-PC210 / 300 / 400 general-purpose models up to 5 kg, and the HSC-PC500 / 600 heavy models up to 50 kg.
