HSCo Intellinet, our weighbridge software, records each truck weighment (one recorded weighing of a vehicle) with the vehicle number, gross, tare and net weight, date and time, and prints the weighment ticket. It also keeps camera photos with each record, supports weighing without an operator using an RFID card, and provides day-wise and party-wise reports.

Truck weighment records and printed tickets

Each weighment record brings together the vehicle number, weights, date and time. When a party questions a ticket, your staff open the record and see which truck it was, what it weighed and when.

  • Vehicle number: identifies the truck against the weighment.
  • Gross weight: the loaded vehicle’s weight.
  • Tare weight: the vehicle’s weight without the load.
  • Net weight: the load weight, the difference between gross and tare.
  • Date and time: records when the weighment took place.

The software prints the weighment ticket. Before ordering, send us the ticket format you currently use so we can review your requirements.

Camera photos and weighing without an operator

Camera photos kept with each weighment

The software takes camera photos of the truck at each weighment and keeps them with the record. If anyone disputes which truck was weighed, or when, the photo sits beside the weights and the time.

Unmanned weighing using an RFID card

Drivers can weigh without an operator by using an RFID card, a contactless card like an office door card. That matters on a night shift or at a remote gate where nobody is on duty.

Reports for billing and records for your accounts system

Day-wise and party-wise reports let you review weighments by date or by the customer or supplier concerned. These records help when checking the weighments associated with a party’s billing.

Weighments can be sent into Tally, SAP or your ERP (the software your business uses to run its operations). Nobody has to type the weighments into the accounts a second time.

Number-plate reading, barrier gates and cloud reports

HSCo Intellinet can also read each truck’s number plate with an ANPR camera (automatic number-plate recognition), open and close a barrier gate at the weighbridge, and send the reports to the cloud so you can see them from another office.
