HSCo stainless steel slotted weights come with a hook hanger, so the weights can be stacked on the hanger one by one to build up a load. Each weight has a centre hole and a slot to slide it onto the hanger stem, and an adjusting cavity for fine adjustment of its value. They are used to check spring balances and hanging scales, in physics and engineering labs, and for simple load tests.
