The HSCo HSC-BWC batch weighing controller runs a weighing and batching process from one touchscreen panel. It reads up to four load cells, doses each ingredient by weight to your recipe, and switches feeders and discharge through up to 8 relay outputs. It stores 100 recipes, keeps batch reports on USB, SD card or PC, and talks to PLCs and SCADA over RS-232, RS-485 or Modbus RTU. It is used for cement, chemicals, food processing and pharmaceuticals, wherever each batch must be the same.
