Choosing and looking after a peg measure
- Match the pegs you sell. This measure pours 30 ml and 60 ml. If your menu uses other volumes, tell us before ordering.
- Keep the certificate with the measure. It is the document that shows the measure was verified.
- Do not reshape it. A dented or filed cup no longer holds the stamped volume. Replace a damaged measure rather than straightening it.
- Clean after each shift. Rinse or put it through the dishwasher, and dry it before it goes back in the pouch.
