HSCo milk measures are stainless-steel measures for selling milk by volume at dairies, milk booths and shops. They come in 100 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml sizes, each marked with its capacity. The ladle measures have long hooked handles, so they hang on the rim of the can and dip straight into the milk.
