It has a stainless-steel weighing platform on a sturdy mild-steel frame, a water-resistant PCB and corrosion-resistant construction. The weight shows on a double-sided green display on a pole: a jumbo display at the front for you and a big display at the back for the customer, with the display height adjustable. A 16-bit microprocessor with anti-drift keeps the reading steady, and the rechargeable battery keeps it working through power cuts. It is stamped by the Legal Metrology department.
