Every new HSCo scale carries a one-year warranty plus one year of Legal Metrology stamping. HSCo arranges re-verification when it falls due, anywhere in India. If a port is fitted to a scale already in use, HSCo arranges re-verification where required. Send the existing stamping details when requesting service.
AMC: the checks on a calendar
An annual maintenance contract can cover scheduled visits, accuracy checks, repairs and breakdown support. Agree the visits, parts and other work included before the contract starts. For a fault needing attention now, raise a repair request; the team will tell you whether the scale comes in or an engineer visits.
