HSCo Alert shows whether a pack or bag is below, within or above your set weight limits. This Windows and Android app suits packing, filling and dispatch floors where operators check individual packs and supervisors need to see the status across the floor.

The alert appears on your phone, tablet or PC screen. We customise and license the app for your business, and it is already in use with customers.

See under, within and over at a glance

Set your lower and upper weight limits in the app. A large traffic light shows the result:

  • Red: the weight is below the lower limit.
  • Green: the weight is within the limits.
  • Orange: the weight is above the upper limit.

The operator watches the colour, not the digits.

Make the status visible across the floor

In full-screen mode, the whole screen turns red, green or orange to match the weight status. Supervisors can see the colour across the floor.

Connect your scale and check the setup

HSCo Alert connects through a USB cable or Bluetooth and finds the scale automatically. Before ordering, send us a photo of your scale, its connection type if known, your lower and upper limits, and whether you want to use a phone, tablet or PC. We check your setup with you before you order.

Controls for the weighing task

  • Tare: takes the container’s weight off, so the reading shows only what is inside.
  • Zero: reset the displayed reading to zero.
  • Peak hold: keep the highest weight reading visible.
  • Units: kg, g, lb and oz.

Find previous readings

Search the weighing history to find a previous reading. Export the history as a CSV file that opens in Excel.

Choose the system for your task

HSCo Alert shows the colour; it does not stop a machine. For that, use a scale with a relay output. A relay output lets the scale switch a valve or conveyor.

For viewing scales from another location, see our Wi-Fi scales and cloud dashboard.

For a Windows PC display with lower and upper weight limits, compare WeighDisplay Pro.
