Weighing Scale AMC Request
We offer an annual maintenance contract (AMC) that puts your scale’s checks on a yearly plan. Use it to organise checks across the equipment at your factory, warehouse, retail chain or laboratory.

What to send for an AMC quotation
Send one entry for each scale:
- Make and model: as printed on the scale’s label.
- Capacity: the maximum weighing capacity shown on the scale.
- Location: the site address and where the scale is used within that site.
- Stamping due date: the next Legal Metrology verification date, so re-verification can be planned before the stamp expires.
For several sites, list the scales site by site. Mark any existing faults and tell us which scales need calibration certificates.

Calibration certificates and stamping dates
Calibration checks a scale against reference weights, with certificates we arrange through NABL-accredited labs, while Legal Metrology stamping is the Government’s legal check for trade scales; our calibration and Legal Metrology stamping service page explains the difference.
We also supply test weights for scale checks. Mention any requirement for weights separately in your enquiry.
Scales that already have a fault
Describe the fault with your scale list, or use the repair request page. After a repair request, our team tells you whether the scale needs to come to our works or an engineer will visit the site.
