A scale that reads wrong costs you twice: once at the counter, once at the Legal Metrology inspection. Every HSCo scale ships with a 1-year warranty and 1 year of Legal Metrology stamping, and when the stamp falls due, HSCo arranges the re-verification, anywhere in India. Calibration certificates come through NABL-accredited labs, and HSCo also supplies test weights. Spares for the models most often repaired are readily available; the catalogue carries spare parts, load cells and accessories.

Raise a repair request and the team tells you whether the scale comes to the works or an engineer comes to you. An AMC puts the checks on a yearly plan. A scale you already own can be upgraded with a new indicator or an RS232, RS485, USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi port, and where a port is fitted to a scale in use, HSCo arranges the Legal Metrology re-verification where it is required.
