HSCo Poultry is poultry billing software for broiler farms selling live birds to traders. It connects to an HSCo Bluetooth scale for crate weighing at the loading point. Issue a challan with weights only, add the rate in the evening to make the invoice, and follow payment from pending to received.
Loader mode shows no money. On the same phone, the owner opens bills, rates and reports with a PIN. The app runs on Android, and a Windows version is also available.

For farms writing crate weights by hand during loading, HSCo Poultry brings crate weighing into the app. It connects to the HSCo scale over Bluetooth.
Send a challan before the rate is fixed
A challan is the delivery document that accompanies the load. In HSCo Poultry, it carries weights only, with no prices. So loading does not wait for the rate.
Add the rate in the evening
Once the rate is fixed in the evening, add it to the challan to make the invoice (the bill for the sale).
Follow outstanding payments
After invoicing, the payment status moves from pending to received. This helps the owner see which bills still await payment.
Keep rates with the owner
Loading supervisors use loader mode and never see rates or money. The owner opens bills, rates and reports with a PIN on the same phone, so the loader needs no separate device.

As crates are weighed, the app works out the average weight per bird, the figure traders ask for.
Both the challan and invoice are available as PDF documents with your farm’s own name, logo and colours. Excel export is also available.
