Pricing & Availability

All product prices are in ₹ Rupees and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices we have previously sold the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time as well as coupons & discounts. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Products Details

Some products may have an associated image or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. The platform sizes are indicative and HSCo will deliver the weighing scale by maximum capacity rather than platform size. If the customer wants the same specifications as on the website, he/she needs to call us to check availability.

Delivery

We are able to deliver in most parts of India. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet, it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, you can directly call on our Dispatch number +91 7045922210. Online orders carry a flat delivery charge of ₹200 per order anywhere in India, added at checkout. If you want a paid door delivery, please contact 7045922210. For larger orders, please call us on 7045922250.

Order Payment

Payment online can be made using those methods supported by Razorpay. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from www.hindustanscale.com.

The customer has the right to suggest the courier service(courier service available at their location), as well as the customer, can book a courier for himself. Contact our dispatch team regarding the same+91 7045922210.

Returns & Order Cancellation

Any scale once received by the customer can be replaced except in extreme circumstances. If you feel that the product is not as per specifications or if the scale is defective, inform us within the first 24 hours of receiving it, on 7045922250/7045922210. We will not be able to replace the scale thereafter.

Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email or else contact 7045922210. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled then there will be 7% charges from our payment gateway.

Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched, you may return the product within 24 hours of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories and any free gifts supplied with it. We cannot accept the return of a product that has been used or is not in the condition in which we dispatched it, unless it is faulty, damaged in transit or not as described.

To arrange a return, email dispatch@hindustanscale.com or call +91 7045922210 to confirm which items you are returning. For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay for the return delivery. Please send the goods to the address we give you, with a note of your name, order details and the reason for the return.

When we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the amount paid, less the original delivery charges and the 5% bank charges explained under Refund below, to the account used for payment within 14 days of receiving it.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Refund

If the Amount is to be Refunded to the Customer 5% of the Total Amount will be Deducted as the Bank Charges and will be Refunded by the same Mode as the Payment was Credited on Razorpay.
