HSCo Scale is an Android app that keeps an item-wise weighing register from your HSCo Bluetooth platform or bench scale. The operator cannot type a weight by hand: every stored weight comes from the scale. A wrong entry is cancelled with a reason and stays visible. Nothing is deleted.

It suits foundries, rolling mills, wire units, fabrication and machining shops, and factory stores moving from a handwritten weighing register. It works with HSCo Bluetooth platform and bench scales of about 30 kg to 3 tonnes, and records weight in kilograms only.

A weighing register with the original entries still visible

The app shows the live weight in large digits and saves each weighing against its item. Every line in the register says what was weighed as well as how much.

The operator cannot replace a scale reading with a manually typed weight. If an entry is wrong, cancellation keeps both the entry and the reason visible, so someone checking the register can see what was cancelled and why.

Keep the day's records and share the day sheet

HSCo Scale works fully offline, without sending records anywhere. The day sheet is available as a PDF that you can share with the person who needs the day’s weighing record. Records are also available in Excel.

It also counts pieces by weight, for parts rather than loose material.
