The HSCo digital food thermometer checks the temperature of meat, poultry, fish, fried and baked food, and drinks. Fold out the long stainless-steel probe, push it into the food and read the temperature on the digital display, in °C or °F, from −50 to 300 °C. The long folding probe keeps your hand away from the heat, a hold button keeps the reading, and a meat temperature guide is printed on the back. The body is ABS plastic with an SS 304 probe, 150 mm long and 15 mm thin, and it folds away when not in use.
